Oral magnesium supplements can cause gastrointestinal side effects for some people, particularly diarrhea and abdominal discomfort. Our magnesium lotion offers a different way to incorporate magnesium into your body-care routine because it is applied directly to the skin rather than swallowed.

How to Use

Massage a small amount into clean skin as desired. Especially nice on the shoulders, neck, arms, legs and feet or as part of your evening routine.

A slight tingling sensation can occur with topical magnesium, particularly on freshly shaved or irritated skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. For external use only.
