Hook Velcro on Outside of belt

Adding this option to a belt lets you add hook velcro on the outside of a trouser belt to use it as an inner belt to mate up with the opposing loop velcro on the inside of most of our other belts.

I ordering more than one belt make sure to leave a note as to which belt you want the hook velcro on the outside of.
