Uses: Comfrey "boneknitter" can help with wounds, bruises, torn tendons and scars.

 It can also help with reducing pain of joint stiffness and may help with alleviating itchy skin.

Comfrey is also great for dandruff fighting, softening, and giving great shine to your locks. You can leave it on as a hair mask with it for smooth,shiny hair. It is loaded with healing minerals and has vitamin A, B-12, C. It is superb at preventing dryness due to the presence of allantoin it is also an excellent exfoliant that will help to soften skin. It decreases dryness and flaking of skin .
