EXCLUSIONS FROM COVERAGE
Excluded from coverage under this warranty are the following:
- Damage resulting from abuse or misuse.
- Damage resulting from normal wear and tear.
- Damage resulting from tampering or a customer modification.
- Damage resulting from exposure to a caustic substance, fire, heat, bullets.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO DO TO IF YOU HAVE A WARRANTY ISSUE

Send pictures and a clear explanation of the issue. If the issue is deemed a manufacturing defect, you will be sent a RA#.
When you send your item back, include in the box:
- The item.
- Your packing slip, or your order number .
- A clear explanation of the issue.
- A return address and email.
These items will speed the process up and get the issue handled.
