The USGI canteen, 1 quart has been around forever, and gone everywhere. It's been through every war of the 20th and 21st centuries, and is still issued today to active duty troops serving all over the globe. The Original S.O.E. Gear design pictured above is the product of decades of experience and input, and is the most abusable, unbreakable, bombproof pouch available.
